After 22 years, I decided it was time to downsize, and having had an unfortunate experience, decided to meet with several recognized realtors and then make my selection.  All were good presentations.  My meeting with Lou put me completely at ease, his patience, understanding and the time he took to explain the paperwork and procedure made my decision very easy - I asked him to handle before he got out the door!  I can state emphatically, it was a very good decision: the advice on preparation of my home, the professional photography, the 4 piece handout, his website - very impressive!  In fact, I have shared copies of the handout with several of my friends and neighbours - they are also impressed!
